Parkour D-fined

Parkour, a discipline from French origin, is the modern art of movement in urban environment actually a combination of several disciplines including Martial Arts, Dance, Atheletics & Gymnastics which focuses on moving from point A to B with the best and efficient way possbile using only human body and any object from environment ......... A unique way which cant easily be executed by others in the street : ) except the Traceur a male practitioner or a Traceuse a female practitioner.

u have learnt the definition of Displacement in school

Displacement : Shortest route between point A to B.
Parkour : Shortest and quickest route between point A to B.

easy rite? : )
Parkour includes Jumping, Climbing, Vaulting, Runing & Quadrapedal movements which ever possible for the targeted obstacle to overcome.

  2. many people mix Parkour with Freeruning however they are quite different.....
    keeping it simple....
    Parkour is moving through point A to B, the most efficient way possible.
    Freeruning is moving from point A to B, the most Stylish way possible.
